10 Romanian professionals of documentary films at East Doc Platform

The Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR) from Prague, in partnership with the Documentary Film Institute from Prague supports Romania’s participation at the fifth edition of International Festival East Doc Platform. It will take place between 7th and 13th March 2016 at Cervantes Institute from the capital of Czech Republic.

“The festival is the most complex and important event from the field of documentary film from Central and East Europe in 2016, a meeting point for thousands of producers, programs directors of film festivals, editors, distributors, selling agencies and representatives of financing institutions of documentary films. Bringing together the most important factors of decision from the field, East Doc Pratform provides the appropriate framework for starting partnerships for co-productions and distributions”, announce the organizers.

At this year edition, the Romanian documentary film will be represented by 10 Romanian proffesionals, selected by the organizers of the festival: Anca Damian (Aparte Film), Oana Koulpy (One World Romania), Tudor Giurgiu (Libra Film), Ionuț Piturescu (Libra Film), Andrei Dăscălescu (Petrila Planet), Anamaria Antoci  (Petrila Planet), Irina-Andreea Malcea (Borders), Christian Hordilă (Transilvania IFF Romania), Csilla Kató  (Astra Film Festival), Alexandru Teodorescu (Saga Film).
