+ More than 20 Israeli companies to take part in Romanian-Israeli Business Forum in Bucharest next month

This topic was among those tackled by Romanian Energy Minister Victor Grigorescu and Her Excellency Tamar Samash, ambassador of Israel to Romania. During the talks, Minister Grigorescu reviewed the priorities of his term and emphasised the need to strengthen traditional relations between the two states, bearing in mind their common historical values.

On this occasion, Her Excellency Tamar Samash, head of the Israeli diplomatic mission to Romania, announced that a Romanian-Israeli Business Forum organized under the embassy’s aegis will take place in Bucharest in April, more than 20 Israeli energy companies announcing their presence at the event.

Likewise, at the end of November the annual summit on alternative energy will take place in Tel Aviv, the operators of Romanian energy and natural gas transmission networks being invited at the event.

The talks between the two officials also focused on cooperation in the academic domain, mainly in energy research and development.
