ParkLake, a Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development Joint venture project, announces the opening for September 2016 with further tenant agreements reaching over 94pc of its Gross Leasable Area (GLA). The new tenants range from clothing, sports equipment and toys to sports and fitness services providers.
Recent signings include Hervis Sports, the sports equipment and clothing shop that provides over 40 brands of sports equipment, ranging from own brands to well-known international ones, World Class, the wellness centre, as well as Play Park and IPB. The World Class centre will be a one of a kind wellness experience in the city, as it will offer a breath-taking view over the park and varied fitness activities, complete with its own swimming pool. Play Park is another new comer in the Romanian market consolidating ParkLake’s unique tenant-mix and the “beyond shopping” offer. Play Park will become a destination for children and parents alike, where they can find games for different ages, an events and party location, and a café. Play Park will bring new and exciting events and activities for the whole family to enjoy, being “the fun place for the whole family!” These new contracts further cement ParkLake’s vision of bringing new tenants to its flagship Romanian development.
