Zacaria Group, a real estate development company, will enter the local residential market with a 280-home project – villas and apartments – in northern Bucharest, an area increasingly sought by buyers and investors. Imoteca real estate company is the project’s exclusive broker. The project will be launched at tIMOn, on March 24.
Construction works started last autumn and the investment is estimated at EUR 20 M. The American Village, as the residential centre is called, will include 207 apartments and 72 villas.
“We started to market this project ever since last year, and the interest shown for American Village homes has surpassed expectations. The persons interested in buying homes are generally young people, over the age of 35, with families and seeking to update their homes. We believe we will manage to sell all the homes included in this project before construction works are finalized,” Imoteca CEO Rafaela Nebreda stated.
Zacaria Group has been present for over 11 years in Romania and is part of the Alf Mizzi & Sons Group.
“Our company is particularly recognized for wide-scale industrial projects in Romania, currently owning over 200,000 square metres in industrial areas in Sibiu, Alba Iulia, Oradea and Craiova. At the same time, we have successfully developed real-estate projects such as Golden Valley Residence – 72 apartments, Eva Residence – 46 villas, Grand Residence – 138 apartments, and the current projects include the development of another 250 villas, all in Sibiu County. All of this confirms our company’s high quality standards,” Zacaria Group CEO Jonathan Diamantino stated.
