FSDE is the most important business event in the Academy of Economic Studies. The purpose of the event is to stimulate positive change through mobilizing representatives from the Government, the private and education sectors to draft documents and strategies for improving the collaboration between them.
The project represents a debate platform where students can interact with decision-makers from private companies, universities and national or local administration. Thus, the relatively low level of collaboration between them becomes an opportunity for knowledge and learning, fostering effective communication.
This year, the project runs over 5 days between March 21 to March 25, involving all faculties of the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE). During the 5 days of debates, the participants will have the possibility to discuss with experts, officials and teachers, making the event an effective networking platform and a source of alternative education.
The event’s program contains academic presentations and discussions within the following areas :
– Agro – Food Economics, Public Administration and Management – March 21 ;
– Finance and Accounting – March 22;
– Trade, Tourism and Entrepreneurship – March 23;
– International Relations and Marketing – March 24;
– Cybernetics and Economics – March 25.
At this year’s edition more than 100 speakers will be present. The projected number of attendees is around 1,500.
Among the guests of honor are numerous state officials, ambassadors and important people from the business environment (Peter Barta, Dan Berteanu, Mihai Holhos, Monica Jitariuc, Ilinca Paun, Marius Stefan and Raluca Radu just to name a few) .
