*Renault Romania Group announces start of “Double-click on Education with Renault” – a new PC donation project * 500 PCs, repaired by the project’s partner – the Workshops without Borders Association – will be offered to kindergartens, schools, high schools and other educational and cultural institutions
Renault Romania Group encourages the development of digital skills among children and youth. Thus, from April 6 to May 6, educational institutions, NGOs and associations located in Arges, Dambovita and Ilfov counties as well as in Bucharest can access Renault Romania Group’s “Double-click on Education with Renault” project, created in partnership with the Workshops without Borders Association. Kindergartens, schools, high schools, faculties, universities, museums and libraries from the public education system, as well as NGOs active in underprivileged communities, have the chance to benefit from PCs (500 desktops and laptops) donated by Renault Romania Group. The equipment will be useful in educational, training or social integration activities carried out by the relevant institutions.
The equipment is repaired by persons in need, reintegrated on the labour market and employed by the Workshops without Borders Association.
Those interested can sign up on the project’s online platforms – educlick.ro and daciagroup.com – by filling in a form. Each applicant will sign up an educational project whose implementation requires PCs. The form should also include information about the institution concerned.
