The donations can be made in cash, at CEC Bank’s more than 1,000 territorial offices, as well as through intra-bank and inter-bank transfer. The bank’s clients can also make donations through the CEConline internet banking service, the TeleCEC and Mobile Banking CEC Bank phone banking services.

The public subscription aims to collect the sum of EUR 6 M, a sum that will come in addition to the EUR 5 M earmarked by the Romanian Government for the purchase of the sculpture.

“By getting involved in this national project, CEC Bank continues its tradition of supporting and promoting Romanian values, contributing to the joint effort to protect and salvage the cultural heritage,” CEC Bank President and CEO Radu Gratian Ghetea stated.
