Marius Constantin Iacob and Calin Nistor, nominated for new term as DNA Deputy Chief Prosecutors

Marius Constantin Iacob and Calin Nistor have been nominated by Justice Minister Raluca Pruna for reinstatement in the offices of National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) Deputy Chief Prosecutor for three-year terms, the Justice Ministry informs in a press release.

The Justice Minister forwarded the two nominations – prosecutors Marius Constantin Iacob and Calin Nistor – to the Superior Magistracy Council on Monday. The decision to nominate them for new terms in office took into account the results obtained in their first terms, their professional and managerial experience and the fact that they meet integrity criteria, the Justice Minister points out.
