Remus Truica, Prince Paul and Dan Andronic, arraigned in “Baneasa Farm” Case

National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) prosecutors have arraigned businessman Remus Truica (photo), Prince Paul and Dan Andronic, alongside other persons, in the “Baneasa Farm” Case.

DNA Brasov prosecutors arraigned Remus Truica, currently under house arrest, for setting up a crime ring, influence peddling and money laundering (both continued offences), complicity to malfeasance in office and active bribery. Prosecutors arraigned Prince Paul for the purchase of influence, money laundering (both continued offences) and complicity to malfeasance in office.

Also arraigned, remanded under conditional bail, were: Dan Andronic, political consultant and journalist; Marius Andrei Marcovici, company manager; Lucian Claudiu Mateescu, Gheorghe Sin, Niculae Dima, Theodor Chiriac, Nicolae Jecu, Valentin Delcea and Nela Pavaloiu.
