The government approved on Friday more than 300 ml euro in funding required for agriculture aid payments to the livestock sector.
According to a government release to Agerpres, the figure refers to the caps allocated for the national transitional aid and the coupled support schemes in the livestock sector, and to establishing the amounts for the payments due for 2015.
The government also approved a maximum cap of 113.35 million euros for payments due for 2015 under livestock coupled support schemes to the breeders of bovines, sheep, goats and silkworms.
Payments under the national transitional aid schemes and the transitional coupled support for the livestock sector are made in domestic lei at the exchange rate of 4.4176 lei per euro, set by the European Central Bank on September 30, 2015.
