Former Romanian PM Victor Ponta stated on Friday at Bistrita that Alina Gorghiu’s statements related to the President Klaus Iohannis’ suspention are ridiculous and that the head of the state cannot be found at Cotroceni in order to be suspended, according to the Mediafax correspondent.
“I wish only one thing – I would like Mrs. Gorghiu to be PNL President as much as possible. The worst thing for a party is to be detested and criticized, as it happens to PSD. When you see Gorghiu you cannot refrain to laugh at them, to put your hands on your head and ask yourself: “Oh, God, how did she get to be the head of PNL”. I wish her to remain their leader. As much as possible. I’ve tried to find an explanation for the hysteria crisis that Mrs. Gorghiu has, because first she asserts that I killed Kennedy, and then she says that she is wanted by Martians. I am not governing anymore. Alina, wake up! It seems to me ridiculous for a party, which is, anyway, the second party in the country, to come up with such things. You cannot make politics by hysteria, you have to be rational, to have a vision; you cannot throw a bomb saying that I will suspend Iohannis. I don’t even find him at Cotroceni. So how can I impeach him?” stated Victor Ponta in a press conference held at Bistrita.
Harsh attack to the President and PM: “That’s what we deserve when we put puppets in the first line!”
On Friday, Ponta has launched a new attack on Facebook to the President Klaus Iohannis and PM Dacian Ciolos. He appreciates the two officials to be “puppets”, in the circumstances in which Americans deem that Romania has an “INVISIBLE” President and an “INTERIM” Prime Minister.
Victor Ponta posted on his Facebook page an article published on washingtonpost.com, in which Dacian Ciolos is called “interim Prime Minister”.
The former PM ironically says that Catalin Predoiu, whom the Americans never heard about, is missing from the article posted by Washington Post.
Ponta finishes his post by saying that President Klaus Iohannis and Dacian Ciolos are “puppets”.
“Therefore, our strategic partners from USA believe that Romania has an “INVISIBLE” President and an “INTERIM” Prime Minister! They probably haven’t heard yet about Predoiu LOOSEROIU – the “TO BE ELECTED” General Mayor”!
“We shouldn’t be mad at them – this is what we deserve when we put puppets in the first line! Or aren’t we those who put them there, actually?!” Ponta writes on Facebook.
