Romania’s Minister of National Defence Mihnea Motoc will attend Wednesday and Thursday in Washington a meeting of countries contributing to the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL / Daesh at the level of defence and foreign ministers, the Ministry of National Defence informs.
The ministry says the topics on the agenda of talks regard the latest developments in and prospects for the campaign against ISIL terrorist threats that affect security in the extended Middle East and North Africa Region and, implicitly security and international prosperity.
The meeting of defence ministers of coalition-contributing states is scheduled for Wednesday; on Thursday, Motoc will attend a joint session of the foreign affairs and defence ministers.
