P3 Logistic Parks, one of the most important specialized investors, developers and managers of Pan-European real estate in logistics, marked the 300,000 sq. m. building in its P3 Bucharest park, the largest logistic park in Romania. Since P3 purchased the park, at the beginning of 2015, it built 85,000 sq. m. for the existing and new clients.
P3 plans include a continued growth in Romania, as well as in the Western Europe. Moreover, due to the recent land purchase close to the P3 Bucharest park, the company has now the opportunity to build up to 90,000 sq. m. of additional spaces, in units starting from 4,000 sq. m. to 40,000 sq. m.
