AFI Europe rents 3,000 sqm in AFI Park 4 & 5 company SecureWorks

AFI Europe Romania has rented approximately 3,000 square meters of offices spaces in AFI Park 4 & 5 to the SecureWorks® company, a global leader in the industrial services of information security, which provides solutions focused exclusively on protecting the customers from cyber attacks, said the company in a press release.

AFI Park offers constant support, 24/7/365, thanks to the advanced back-up services, which include the power supply with high voltage from two different sources. Other excellent technical facilities of AFI Park 4 & 5 are: a surface of a typical floor of 3,000 square meters, an arrangement of the electrical network and HVAC for the needs of  work spaces and the option of lighting with LED the office spaces. Through the smart technologies, such as the ability to schedule the HVAC system, controlled by a management system of the building (Building Management Systems – BMS), to save the energy, sensors for turning off the lights that are not in use and the irrigation of green areas with water originating from rain, AFI Europe Romania has made from the AFI Park offices project a hub for multinational companies in the ICT and BPO industries.

On the office buildings segment, AFI Europe Romania will develop AFI TECH PARK Bucharest, a class A business park having 50,000 square meters GLA, located in the vicinity of the J.W. Marriott hotel and the Parliament Palace. The business park will consist of two office buildings with reduced height and an office tower, with many green spaces, modern spaces, high tech, in an urban center with a central piazza and gardens. AFI TECH PARK will meet the needs of expansion of IT & C companies in Romania, giving them a suitable space in terms of technical specifications and growth opportunities. The fact that the office center is located in the center of Bucharest, not at the periphery, offers the project the unique advantage of being sought by multinationals companies in Romania.

Furthermore, AFI Europe Romania will develop two projects in the near future with mixed-use on the 80,000 square meters terrain that it owns in the city of Arad and on the 148,000 sqm terrain from New Bucharest in sector 1 of the capital.
