Helios Phoenix continues developing in Brasov

Helios Phoenix, the developer of industrial and logistics network Olympian Parks, is announcing the delivery of a new unit in Cristian, Brasov, measuring over than 10.000 square meters, towards for the producer of wooden ornaments for luxury cars, Rolem.

“We have proven yet again that we are keeping the promises and commitments we made, being able to deliver quality production units, complying the requirements imposed by our beneficiaries and their European consultants through the project. Another aspect that gives us trust and for our future projects, it’s the relatively short period of time in which we delivered this new unit, making us look with optimism in regards to developing the Olympian Parks network. Thus, definitely in the nearest future we will start a new construction in our park from Cristian, construction with a bigger area than the last one, in response to the demanding requirements of the market interested in class A projects, with competitive construction costs, leading to our products being more attractive, not only technically, but commercially too”, stated Athos Myrianthous, developer director at Helios Phoenix.

Currently, Helios Phoenix park has over 28,000 sqm, in which 2 tenants operate: Terwa, producer of metal components for cars industry and Rolem, producer of wooden trims for inside the luxury automobiles like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen and Porsche.

In Romania, Helios Phoenix Group owns industrial parks class A in two cities: Brasov and Timisoara and own lands for future developments in Bucharest, Cluj, Chiajna and Constanta.
