Adora residential projects to have underfloor heating systems as standard

Tagor is upgrading the standards in residential constructions by introducing as regular fitting the underfloor heating system to all compounds to be developed, instead of the classic iron or aluminium radiators.

Thus, Adora projects beginning with phase 2 will have underfloor heating, a modern, energy saver, cost efficient heating solutions which will be standard for all living units, with no additional cost for the buyers.

“The introduction of the underfloor heating system is the proof that the technological evolution is at hand and Tagor is willing to employ it to provide ever better quality and comfort for the investment. The premium condition we introduce will surely make our customers happy and will make a strong difference on the market, since it will not raise the prices”, said Andreea Hamza, director of marketing for Tagor’s residential projects.

The 2nd phase of the Adora Urban Village project in Bragadiru is already approved and the two blocks to be built there will have the underfloor heating system implemented, while for the subsequent development phases in Arad and Timisoara the projects are still in progress. The project provisions that the underfloor heating system is connected to each apartment heating plant, ensuring independence and customized temperatures for every living unit owner.

The advantage of the underfloor heating system, compared to classic iron of aluminium radiators, is obvious: smaller costs of heating during the cold season due to heating efficiency. The implementation of the new technology is possible without additional costs for the buyer due to introducing it into the general construction process from the beginning, as a standard.

Adora projects are a successful real estate investment carried out by UK-based Patron Capital fund, and managed by the real estate developer and property administrator Tagor. The Adora projects started in 2013 with Adora Urban Village in SW Bucharest, continued in 2014 with Adora Park in Arad and Adora Forest in Timişoara, and were completed in 2015 with Adora Pipera in Pipera.
