The Ministry of European Funds (MFE) opened the call for applications “Solidarity – Support for the social economy strengthening”, allocating 20 million Euros from the Human Capital Operational Programme (POCU), reveals a institution’s press release.
Over 200 social economy companies (companies that belong to the categories stipulated by Law No. 219/2015 regarding the social economy) can get European funds with an estimated value between 40,000 and 100,000 Euros, under the de minimis aid.
The projects are due to be submitted through the MySMIS 2014 information system, starting Wednesday and ending on 14 November 2016, 16:00 hrs.
The Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020 has allocated 4.326 billion Euros. The programme establishes the investment priorities, specific objectives and the actions taken by Romania in the human resources area, continuing this way the investments made through the European Social Fund in 2007-2013 and contributing to the decrease of the economic and social development disparities between Romania and the European Union’s Member States. In order to achieve the planned goals within POCU, 7 Priority Axes were established.
