Open Day at Bergenbier factory in Ploiesti

The gates of the Bergenbier S.A. brewery in Ploiesti will open on October 15, 2016 for those who register themselves at www.ziuaporțilordeschise.ro and wish to find the real road of beer from grain to our glasses. Registrations for the tours organized by the Brewery can be made both online and by phone, at 021 599 17 50. Roundtrip bus transportation is provided from Bucharest and Ploiesti. Surprises will be prepared for the participants during the whole day.

“Open Day is a delight for us, because year after year is the perfect opportunity to be closer to those who are interested in the making of beer. I know our colleagues are eager every time to meet with people who enjoy our products made here in Ploiesti, in the European Capital of Beer, as we called it, because besides local beers, we also make here Czech, German or Belgian beers”, stated Marius Pirvu, the Manager of the Bergenbier S.A. brewery from Ploiesti.

The tours that will take place on the occasion of the Open Day will give the opportunity to the visitors to pass step by step through all the production stages, and to see in detail the process of making beer. Bergenbier S.A. brewery from Ploiesti is one of the most modern production facilities of beer in Romania; here is made Bergenbier, with its specialties – Bergenbier Alcohol Free, Bergenbier Fresh Grapefruit, Bergenbier Fresh Lemon, Bergenbier Fresh Grapefruit Alcohol Free, Bergenbier ALE, Noroc, Staropramen, Beck’s, Beck’s Green Lemon, Stella Artois, Stella Artois Alcohol Free and Löwenbräu. Ploiesti has become “The European Capital of Beer”, since besides local brands, here are also produced German, Belgian or Czech beers under license.
