Int Min Carmen Dan: I learned the emergency situations intervention mechanism from a good teacher, Liviu Dragnea

IntMin Carmen Dan stated on Sunday evening that she learned the intervention mechanism in situations such as those caused by bad weather “from a good teacher”, Liviu Dragnea.

“Perhaps I couldn’t access all the necessary levers, and it’s not my merit, it’s the result of the team work, but you know, I learned the intervention mechanism in such situations from a good teacher. This teacher is Liviu Dragnea, and when he was Romania’s Vice PM he was coordinating this way the national committees for emergency situations, and I was a prefect at the beginning of her mandate. And that year, in Teleorman, we managed the floods, blizzards, and that was the manner of acting and the way in which the Vice PM of that time, Liviu Dragnea, was preparing these actions” Carmen Dan stated.

The Minister stated that the levers that must be accessed have to be known I such situations.

“Information always must come from the field, exactly from the place of the intervention, and we ensured permanently that information that came from the field and were processed in the operational control center are real” Carmen Dan stated.
