ANAF collected last year 99.8 pct of its overall targeted collection

Vice-president of the National Agency of Fiscal Administration (ANAF), Doru Dudas declared on Wednesday that the institution he is heading collected last year 99.8 pct of its targets.

“The questions asked by the members of the committees were generally in accordance with ANAF attributions regarding the achievement of the collection programme, through the annual budget laws. We compared the level of the collection programme established for execution at 7 months, 11 months and the end of the year, precisely to be able to draw a comparison between the revenues scheduled in ANAF’s charge and the revenues accomplished at the time of the initial law and the time of the two budget revisions,” declared Dudas at Parliament’s Palace, after his hearing in the Budget Committees with the Senate and Deputies’ Chamber.

He added that ANAF does not have the structures to carry out evaluations of budget revenues to be considered when budget revisions are accomplished, this institution being just “a performer on the collection side of the revenues in its charge.”

“The ANAF collection was carried out, in overall sum, at the level of 199.4 billion lei,” Dudas added.
