ForMin Melescanu welcomes Israeli ambassador, talks on bilateral cooperation and Middle East situation

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Teodor Melscanu, welcomed on Thursday the Ambassador of the State of Israel, Tamar Samash, on courtesy visit, having among the discussion topics the cooperation between states to Middle East situation.

During the meeting, the two officials brought up the good stage of relations between Romania and the State of Israel, both politically and in sectoral domains, both states reinstating their wish to continue the growing trend of bilateral cooperation, informs a press release of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE).

The interlocutors also exchanged opinions on topical issues on the international agenda, especially on the Middle East evolutions, shows the cited source.
