Tagor starts booking for Phase 2 of the Adora Forest complex in Timisoara

Tagor has opened the booking campaign for the apartments to be built in the phase 2 of the Adora Forest residential complex in Timisoara, as the first block is almost sold out – 95% of the 107 apartments and large studios, on 11 floors plus ground floor.

The second phase consists of a new 11-store block with 115 high quality standard apartments, and is projected to be completed and ready for delivery at the end of next year.

“With the high rate of new job opportunities opened in Timisoara and surging demand for housing, we expect the second phase of the Adora Forest complex to be sold very fast. We are delighted by the great feed-back from our customers and look forward to meet their demand in terms of both design functionality and quality of construction”, Andreea Hamza, director of marketing and sales for Tagor, said.

“The new apartments to be built by Tagor in Timisoara include an improvement of the extra-room concept, high quality finishes, a luxury lobby and will come with added-value services: 24h security, playground, parking lots), all in the vicinity of a forest. For this phase, promotional prices start from 990 euro / usable square meter plus VAT”, said Mihaela Matei, sales representative with Hitch & Mosher, the exclusive agent for the Adora Forest project.

In all Tagor projects, the 2nd phases of the development bring along an upgrade of the standards in residential constructions by introducing as regular fitting the underfloor heating system, instead of the classic iron or aluminium radiators. The underfloor heating is a modern, energy saver, cost efficient heating solutions which will be standard for all living units, with no additional cost for the buyers.

Adora projects are a successful real estate investment carried out by UK-based Patron Capital fund, and managed by the real estate developer and property administrator Tagor. The Adora projects started in 2013 with Adora Urban Village in SW Bucharest, continued in 2014 with Adora Park in Arad and Adora Forest in Timisoara, and were completed in 2015 with Adora Pipera in the North of Bucharest.
