Tax authority collects 68.4 bln lei in January-April 2017, up 2.7 percent vs same period of 2016

The National Tax Administration Agency (ANAF) collected 68.45 billion lei in the first four months of 2017, up by 2.71 percent compared to the same period of 2016, a press release by the said body sent to AGERPRES on Tuesday informs.

“In the first four months of the current year, ANAF has gathered 68.45 billion lei, which is a plus of 1.81 billion lei as compared to the amount collected in the similar period of 2016 (66.64 billion lei), up by 2.7 percent, respectively,” the release reads.

ANAF budget collections this April stood at 18.03 billion lei, by 1.18 billion lei higher (up 7 percent) against April 2016, when the figure was 16.85 billion lei.
