EC President Junker, President Iohannis to address Romania’s Parliament next week

Romania’s Parliament next week will be holding two joint plenary sessions, one where Romania’s President Klaus Iohannis will address the MPs and senators and another one where President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker will deliver a speech.

Next Tuesday, Iohannis will address Parliament, as one month ago he sent a letter to the chairs of the two chambers asking to address Parliament to mark the 140th anniversary of Romania’s national independence and Europe Day.

Also next week, on Thursday, Juncker will be delivering a speech to the joint session of Romania’s Parliament talking about the future of Europe
