Romania’s processed rubber exports up 7.8 pct this January from year-ago

Romania exported this January 162.3 million euro worth of processed rubber, 7.8 pct higher YoY, shows data centralized by the National Institute of Statistics (INS).

Processed rubber imports amounted to 73.7 million euro, 5.6 percent higher than the figure registered in January 2016, with a surplus of 88.6 million euro on this segment.

In January 2017, Romania’s FOB exports totaled 4.678 billion euro, up 13.6 pct from the same period last year, while CIF imports totaled 5.285 million euro, up 17.5 pct YoY.
