In a message delivered on Justice Day, Justice Minister Tudorel Toader states that “Justice is and should remain a service of public interest, in the service of the citizen, a pillar of the rule of law,” adding that “the way Justice is served influences the development of human personality.”
On Sunday, on Justice Day, Tudorel Toader posted on his Facebook page a message titled “Vivat Justice!”
“Justice Day falls on the first Sunday in July, as it was established via Government Decision no.364/1994. Justice is and must remain a service of public interest, in the service of the citizen, a pillar of the rule of law. The way justice is served influences the development of human personality, the fulfilment of fundamental rights and liberties,” the minister wrote.
Likewise, he congratulated “the great judicial family, each participant in the activity of serving justice, who carries out their activity with passion, competence, within the legal limits and in observance of constitutional exigencies.”
