Prime Minister Tudose, French ambassador discuss Romania-France Cultural Season

At the Victoria Governmental Palace on Wednesday, Prime Minister Mihai Tudose welcomed French ambassador in Bucharest Michele Ramis, highlighting the “very good” political and economic cooperation between Romania and France, adding that there is a wish for the Romanian-French common cultural values and visions to acquire a “more vigorous” reflection.

“We have a very good cooperation with France on a political and economic level. We want the common values and visions we share to acquire a more vigorous reflection on a cultural level as well. That is why, in the discussion today [Wednesday] with the ambassador of France in Bucharest, Mrs Michele Ramis, I have voiced my hope for the Romania-France Cultural Season to be a success, on a par with the historic affinities connecting our cultures,” Tudose wrote on his Facebook page.

The Romania-France Cultural Season, scheduled for 2018, will be conducted under the form “of a calendar of events devoted to contemporary creation, research and innovation,” the prime minister pointed out.
