PM Tudose: I’m not interested in PSD national chairman office

Prime Minister Mihai Tudose said Monday, after a meeting of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) National Standing Bureau, that he isn’t interested in taking over the party’s leadership, as former PM Victor Ponta claimed.

“I am not interested in anything like that,” Tudose said about Ponta’s statement on the current PM taking over the PSD leadership.

On Sunday evening, former PSD national leader and PM Victor Ponta told Antena 3 private television broadcaster that he believes the current PM, Mihai Tudose, will take over the PSD leadership.
