Minister Dan, ambassador Klemm hand diplomas to FEMA courses’ graduates

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Carmen Dan next to the United States’ ambassador to Romania, Hans Klemm and the secretary of state with the Ministry of Interior (MAI), Raed Arafat attended the closing ceremony of the courses organised by the U. S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), granting diplomas to the 21 graduates.

“Together with His Excellency Hans Klemm, the U. S. Ambassador to Romania, and the state secretary Raed Arafat, I have handed today the graduation diplomas of the course organised by the FEMA, attended by 21 fire brigade officers. Their training took place last year in Bucharest under the coordination of the American specialists, but this kind of training for the Romanian fire-fighters will go on this year, too,” Carmen Dan wrote on her Facebook page.
