The Ministry of Defence has launched a series of auctions for the acquisition of transportation trucks and tank trucks for transportation of liquid fuels, according to the announcements on Thursday published on the SEAP [The Society for Excellence in Public Administration] Website.
One of the announcements refers to the conclusion of a public acquisition agreement, based on which the Ministry of Defence – the Military Base 02550 in Bucharest, more precisely, wants to buy 173 ACMD medium-duty transportation trucks. The acquisition will be run through a restricted auction.
The estimated value of the agreement is 131,307,000 lei, without VAT, the main financing and payment options being represented by the state budget.
The deadline for receiving the bids is September 6, 9.30 am. The bids will be opened in the same day, at 10.00 am.
On the other hand, the Ministry of Defence – the Military Base 02550 in Bucharest wants to buy 20 tank trucks for transportation of liquid fuels, for which reason a framework-agreement is to be concluded with an economic operator, for 36 months, and with an estimated value of 40,336,134 lei, without VAT.
The acquisition will be held through an open auction procedure, with the main financing and payment modalities to be represented by the state budget. The award criterion will be the lowest price.
The deadline for receiving the bids is September 18th, 4.00 pm. The deadline for the assessment of the bids, in SEAP, will be October 13th, 6.00 pm.
According to an announcement posted on SEAP, the Ministry of Defence – the Military Base 02550 in Bucharest concluded a framework-agreement worth 3,895,914 lei, without VAT, for supplying “various ammunitions” (various types of cartridges and bullets).
For the acquisition of the ammunition an agreement was concluded with Transcarpat Sportours International SRL worth 646,760 lei, VAT not taken into account. Moreover, an agreement worth a total of 3,249,154 lei, VAT aside, was also concluded with National Company Romarm SA.
The acquisition was carried out through a restricted auction procedure, with the award criterion being the lowest price, according to the said announcement.
