Prime Minister Tudose, US Ambassador Klemm meet, Romania’s role on NATO’s eastern flank – on agenda (sources)

Prime Minister Mihai Tudose and U.S. Ambassador in Bucharest Hans Klemm met on Tuesday, governmental sources stated for AGERPRES.

According to the quoted sources, the head of the Executive and the U.S. Ambassador met during a working lunch.

The two officials tackled several topics, among which the commitment regarding the allocation of 2 pct of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to Defence, Romania’s role on NATO’s eastern flank, the enhanced interest of great U.S. companies in our country and the situation in the Republic of Moldova, the quoted sources specified.
