PM Tudose about participants in Internship Programme: I wish they capitalize on their energy, ideas to Romania’s benefit

Prime Minister Mihai Tudose on Thursday stated that he wishes the young participants in the Government’s Internship Programme start a career in administration and capitalize on their energy and ideas to Romania’s benefit.

“During this past month, we had 100 exceptional young people among us, who helped us in finding solutions to some of the Executive’s bureaucratic problems. Today, we had the joy of meeting again with some of them and we discussed about education, the healthcare and infrastructure systems, about the IT projects aimed at streamlining activity in the public administration and – in general – about the challenges facing the institutional environment of our country,” Tudose wrote on his Facebook page.

According to the head of the Executive, the 100 young people are students or fresh graduates of prestigious universities from Romania and abroad.

“What I wish for is that, after this Internship, as many as them as possible start a career in administration and capitalize thus on their energy and ideas to Romania’s benefit,” Tudose said.

Romanian Government’s Official Internship Programme, the 5th edition, unfolds over July 17-September 18 offering youngsters the opportunity of getting familiar with the working methods of the central public administration, according to the internship.gov.ro website.
