The first mobile Game of Thrones Escape Room in Europe was inaugurated in Bucharest

From October 9 to 28, Mega Mall is the host of the first mobile Game of Thrones Escape Room, made by HBO. The original concept proposed by HBO will be available for the first time in Europe, and the first ones who will have the possibility to try it are the Romanian fans of the beloved series.

The two-stage game gives the possibility to the participants to feel like their favorite characters and to become members of the Night Ride, forced to find a way to open the gate of the Black Castle, to go Beyond the Wall and to face the Night King, in their attempt to save the Seven Kingdoms.

The 45-minute game can be played by groups of no more than 6 people. In the given time, the competitors must use their knowledge about the series, to use their attention at the highest level and to learn to cooperate, since the game has complex phases requiring the cumulative power of the participants. Throughout the experience, clues can be given, but only if they are requested by the participants.

The Game of Thrones Escape Room is located in Mega Mall, at the 1st Floor, having an area of 40 sqm. Its components are 70% handmade, while the construction required around 380 working hours and integrated handmade shaped elements from epoxy or polyurethane resins, solid wood props and light control systems correlated with pressure and presence sensors, giving  a tone corresponding to each phase of the game.

In order to participate, the Mega Mall customers have to buy products amounting at least RON 200 between October 6 and 28, then they have to go with their receipts of the same day to Info Desk, where they can choose the day and the time when they wish to participate together with no more than 5 of their friends.
