The Liberals will table on Tuesday, within the Senate, a simple motion against Finance Minister Ionut Misa, PNL President Ludovic Orban announced.
“The Executive Bureau has approved the tabling, tomorrow, of the motion against Finance Minister Ionut Misa. The motion will be tabled by PNL’s Senate group,” Orban stated.
The PNL leader said that next week the Liberals will also table a motion against the Energy minister.
“We decided in principle to draft and table a motion against the Energy Minister next week, a motion that would X-ray the unimaginable disaster in the energy field, in what concerns both the plundering of energy companies and the maximum lowering of investment and maintenance expenditures, which endangers the main transmission networks of both Transelectrica and Transgaz, likewise, the complete lack of preparations for winter, and especially the grave backsliding in the energy field, which has led to the hike in the price of electricity and natural gas, and obviously this winter an extremely high hike in the price of heating will also be felt. Consequently, next week we will table within the Lower House a motion against the Energy Minister,” Ludovic Orban said.
