The Standing Bureau of the Deputies Chamber on Tuesday decided to invite Minister of Justice Tudorel Toader to next Monday’s “Government’s Question Time” debate to discuss the penitentiaries topic.

“The PNL (National Liberal Party) group’s request for the “Government’s Question Time” to invite Minister of Justice Tudorel Toader to debate on the situation of penitentiaries in Romania on Monday, as of 4pm has been approved,” the Secretary of the Chamber Ioana Brad specified.

She also added that, for now, the group gave up the idea of also inviting Minister of Foreign Affairs Teodor Melescanu, as requested by the USR (Save Romania Union) to discuss the participation of Romania in the meeting of Visegrad Group countries.
