Finance Minister Eugen Teodorovici stated, referring to Form 600, that all taxpayers are insured in the health insurance system and no one will lose this quality, and he added that by March 25, the Government will issue a normative act merging the five forms in one form.
“When the Government announces something, it clearly announced that this form is postponed and the date of March 25 is established, it means that the Government perfectly fits to its current obligations. The discussion according to it we postponed the term but we forgot to postpone the payment deadline is a mistake, and unfortunately somebody keeps on circulating it. All the taxpayers are insured in the health insurance system, because they are within the 90 days according to the law, from the medical point of view, between the last payment and the date when they have to make the next payment. Until that date, there will be a change in good at the Government level, we will issue a normative act which will replace the current mechanism with a very simple one, there will be a single form, instead of five forms currently related to individuals. Those who filed them don’t have to file any other forms, unless the amounts declared until now are higher than the estimations for this year. All the taxpayers will continue to be insured in the health insurance system, no one will lose this quality” Teodorovici stated on Saturday for Antena 3.
Finance Minister Eugen Teodorovici also stated on Saturday that soon, a new head will be appointed at the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF), mentioning that those who are working within the system must keep working, regardless of who will be their head.
“Soon, soon we will have a clear discussion and this topic will be closed, because I see there are a lot of speculations here, too, and it’s not ok, but those who are working within the system must keep doing it, regardless of who will be their head” answered the Finance Minister at Antena 3, being asked when will ANAF have a new head.
