PNL tables amendments to education system pay law

PNL First Vice-President Raluca Turcan said on Monday that the PSD  Government is characterized by incompetence, showing that the liberals have tabled several amendments to the education system pay law to correct the errors in this system.

“The basic word that characterizes the current government is incompetence, this incompetence is confirmed by the decisions and legislative changes. The proof that the unitary pay law, which became non-uniform, was a stupid thing, is confirmed through the ordinance that is being debated these days and which modifies the framework law of unitary remuneration,” Turcan told Parliament.

“In order to meet the expectations of the employees in the education system, the PNL has tabled amendments to the framework law on salaries in the education system. Through these amendments, the demands of the trade unions are solved, only the vote of those in the parliamentary majority is needed, namely: PNL proposes that the salary increase from 1 March to apply also to the auxiliary staff. PNL also proposes to increase by one point the coefficient of salary calculation for teachers and auxiliary staff,” she said.

Raluca Turcan has stated that the PNL claims that the PhD’s indemnity to be paid to all working in education and in the public field if they work in the field in which they obtained the title.
