Telekom thanks its customers for their understanding and support and announces that it will offer them a discount on the invoice, additional prepaid credit for the non-functioning of the mobile services on March 5, as well as further benefits for both residential and business customers.
Thus, residential and business subscribers, customers of mobile services, as well as of fixed-mobile integrated offers, will receive a discount equivalent to a subscription day, on their first monthly invoice issued after March 11. Prepaid customers will receive additional credit equivalent to the daily average consumption (at the level of the customer base). The amount will be automatically charged on the card, starting next week. Both the discount on the invoice and the additional credit will be automatically offered to customers, without the need for them to follow the contractual procedures.
In addition, starting April 2nd, all postpaid Telekom customers will receive national UNLIMITED voice, SMS and data benefits, valid for 30 days from activation, which they will be able to activate at any time, until the end of the year.
Details regarding the activation of these benefits will be available on www.telekom.ro, starting Monday, 12th of March.
For the business customers having the FREEDOM offer already with unlimited benefits, Telekom offers a free SIM with 2GB of free 4G traffic, active for 30 days, which they can request in Telekom shops until the end of 2018.
On March 5, due to technical malfunctions in the mobile network, Telekom mobile customers encountered difficulties in making calls and using mobile data traffic. Telekom technical teams have made every effort to address these dysfunctionalities in the shortest time possible, the mobile services having been restored to optimal operating parameters during the same evening.
