Romanian PM, Kuwait’s ambassador say significant potential of increasing bilateral commercial exchanges

Prime minister Viorica Dancila welcomed on Monday  the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of Kuwait in Bucharest, Talal Mansour Alhajeri, the two dignitaries agreeing that there is a significant potential of increasing the bilateral commercial exchanges, a release by the gov’t says.

“In this respect, the two sides referred to the possibility of implementing new cooperation and dialogue platforms on the political, economic and sectoral levels (agriculture, energy, transports, tourism, internal affairs, education and culture),” the release informs.

The Romanian Premier expressed her satisfaction, during talks, for the level of the bilateral political dialogue, the State of Kuwait being an important traditional partner of Romania in the Gulf region.

“The head of the gov’t expressed her interest in boosting the bilateral political dialogue through bilateral contacts at government level, and reiterated the support for a better inter-connection of the two states’ business milieus, meant to ease the carrying out of joint cooperation projects and the growth of the interest in investments,” the release says.
