Enel Energie Muntenia relocates Nord Store in Bucharest in order to be closer to customers

Enel Energie Muntenia has relocated its Nord Store in Bucharest in order to be closer to customers, in a friendlier and more easily reachable location, at Soseaua Pipera 42, 1st floor, Globalworth Plaza.

The working hours of the new Enel store are Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. The new shop can be reached by Metro (Aurel Vlaicu Station) and also by bus (Barbu Vacarescu/Soseaua Pipera Station – lines 112, 135, 182, 282, 605).

The specialists in the shop will offer assistance regarding contracting, submitting of documentation and dedicated offers for electricity, gas and value added services for household and business customers. Customers will also be able to buy energy efficiency products, such as, for the moment, LED bulbs.

Enel’s products are designed to meet the needs of the consumers who want a simpler and more streamlined experience with the energy supplier. Customer centricity is a key pillar of Enel’s strategy in Romania, especially in the context of the liberalisation of the market, and the company is committed to grant customers’ access to services easier and faster. The number of Enel and partner shops in Romania is now over 30.
