Credit Europe Bank extends its branch network in Bucharest

Credit Europe Bank Romania (CEB Romania) announces the opening of a new branch in the Sun Plaza shopping center. The new agency is available to customers starting in March and provides access to the range of banking services offered by CEB Romania.

“We have decided to open a new unit in Sun Plaza, a major shopping center for Bucharest, in an area with great business potential, from the desire to be close to our current and potential customers” said Engin Alaybayoglu, Chief Marketing Officer at Credit Europe Bank Romania.

The CEB Romania branch in Sun Plaza is the 23rd entity opened by Credit Europe Bank in a shopping center, which confirms the importance of the retail segment for both the bank and the CardAvantaj product.

The new Credit Europe Bank office is located in the shopping area with service providing units of the Sun Plaza shopping center and operates from 10:00 to 22:00, from Monday to Sunday.

In Romania, Credit Europe Bank provides a wide range of products and services to individuals, SMEs and corporations, through a network of 56 branches, agencies and workstations, as well as through alternative distribution channels: AT and POS units, Internet and Phone Banking services.

In 2017, Credit Europe Bank (Romania) SA celebrated 24 years of presence on the local market. Being a member of the Dutch financial group Credit Europe Bank NV, the Bank is active since 1993, when it operated under the name of the Industrial and Commercial Credit Bank, becoming Finansbank (in 2000) and then, in 2007, following a rebranding process, it received the name of Credit Europe Bank Romania.
