CTP started the construction works in CTPark Cluj II

CTP, the leading premium industrial park developer and long term manager in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, started the construction works for CTPark Cluj II, a new logistics park located near Cluj-Napoca, in Florești. The property will comprise a total leasable area of 30,000 m² and will be finalised in three phases. CTPark Cluj II is estimated to be completely delivered in December 2018. This is the second industrial and logistics park owned by CTP in Cluj County, after the development of CTPark Cluj I.

CTP continues to grow at an accelerated pace throughout the country and will deliver another premium park in Cluj county by the end of this year. CTPark Cluj II will be completed in three phases as following:

  • The first phase will end in August 2018 and will consist in the construction of approximately 8,000 m² GLA, which already has been preleased to a strategic client;
  • The second phase will be finalized in October 2018, when approximately 11,000 m² GLA will be delivered. The space is available for lease;
  • The third and last phase will be completed in December 2018 when another logistics space of approximately 11,000 m² GLA will be delivered. This space is also available for future tenants.

“The western part of the country, and Cluj County in particular, is developing fast economically. The demand for industrial and logistics space is at one of the highest levels we have seen in recent years, so CTP is adapting in order to meet the needs of its existing and future tenants. CTPark Cluj II will include only A-class buildings and the services provided here will be of the highest quality, as our tenants are accustomed to in all our parks. We look forward to continuing to develop our portfolio and maintain our position as market leader in Romania”, stated Emanoil Dascalu, Construction Director of CTP Romania.

The future space in CTPark Cluj II will be used for storage and production activities. The 22,000 m² that are available for lease constitute a single warehouse with a flexible structure that allows space to be divided into different sizes, depending on customer’s needs, from 1,500 m² to 10,500 m².

In Cluj, CTP finalized the development of CTPark Cluj I, a logistics park with a total leasable area of 33,500 m² situated at 13 km from the centre of Cluj-Napoca, near the airport. The warehouse was completed in November 2017 and is occupied by a strategic CTP client, Profi.
