Deputies Chamber Speaker participates in Conference of Speakers of EU Parliaments, in Tallinn

Deputies Chamber Speaker Liviu Dragnea will participate, Monday and Tuesday, in Tallinn, Estonia, in the Conference of Parliaments’ Speakers of the European Union member states.

This event is organised “on the sidelines of the Estonian presidency of the Conference of Speakers of EU Parliaments,” according to a memorandum approved by the Deputies Chamber Standing Bureau.

Part of the Romanian delegation led by Liviu Dragnea will be Deputy Speaker of the Deputies Chamber Gabriel Vlase, Secretary General of the institution Silvia Mihalcea and Director General of the Deputies Chamber Speaker’s Cabinet Anca Mihaela Spiridon.

“The agenda of the conference features sessions of presentations and debates regarding the EU’s future and security and defence in Europe,” the document further reads.

All the expenses of the visit will be covered from the Deputies Chamber’s budget.
