PNL’s Orban: We approved in principle text of censure motion to be tabled around June 20

The National Liberal Party (PNL) chair Ludovic Orban, announced on Monday that the party’s Executive Bureau has approved in principle the text of the censure motion and decided that this document be tabled around June 20.

Orban added that the talks also focused on the stage of the negotiations on supporting the censure motion, but said that the signatures regarding this document would be presented when the negotiations are completed. Orban said that there have already been talks with MPs of the Pro Romania Party and said he was convinced that they would support the censure motion.

“The censure motion is an instrument through which we want to put an end to this harmful government for Romania,” the PNL leader added.

He stated that in the meeting of the Executive Bureau there was also a discussion in principle on organizing protests in each county in Romania during the procedure of submitting the censure motion.
