President Iohannis invites Prime Minister Dancila to talks on Wednesday

President Klaus Iohannis invited Prime Minister Viorica Dancila to talks, at the Cotroceni presidential Palace, the meeting being due on Wednesday morning, the Presidential Administration informs.

The meeting will take place in the context in which in the public space has been circulated the rumour that the Government prepares to adopt an emergency ordinance on pardon and amnesty.

The two officials had a telephone conversation on Tuesday morning and agreed to meet at Cotroceni Palace on Wednesday.

Also, according to officials sources quoted by stiripesurse.ro, President Iohannis proposed Dancila to meet her before the government meeting today, but the PM replied that this is not possible because of her agenda. She assured the president that the Government does not prepare any emergency ordinance on amnesty and pardon.
