Wise Finance Solutions and Human Resocia announce a European recruitment program for IT graduates in Japan

Wise Finance Solutions, Romanian consultancy company for European funds and state aid, announces the partnership with Human Resocia, part of Human Holdings Co. Ltd., a large Japanese human resource development group.

The partnership is an initiative to train and recruit IT graduates both in Romania and throughout Europe for Japanese companies. Specifically, Human Resocia will organize seminars dedicated to learning the Japanese language and culture and will provide work contracts for IT graduates up to three years in companies based in Japan.

The project starts in Romania, covering the entire continent, and the local centre will be coordinating the European operations. Moreover, the Japanese companies enrolled in the program will honour the labour contract contributions in both Japan and in the countries from where the graduates are recruited.

Romania’s choice as an operations centre for Europe comes in the context of an excellent diplomatic relationship between the two countries, the accelerated pace of economic growth registered by Romania, and the potential of the local IT talent. The program brings benefits to European IT recruits through the cutting-edge technologies they will have access to and the complex projects they will be involved in, as well as to Japan, supporting the goal of covering the labour shortage in the industry.

Wise Finance Solutions will work as a consultancy company, given their knowledge regarding the differences in language, culture and conventions between the two countries, providing active support for organizing the seminars, selection and guidance for the applicants. The company will also act as a hinge between Human Resocia and the local academic environment.

“It is a special opportunity for Romania and the younger generation in our country. IT graduates will not only have the opportunity to be professionally trained in Japan, having access to the latest technologies in the field, but moreover will have the opportunity to put a solid footprint in the local industry, and why not, even in our society”, says Bogdan Hossu, founder of Wise Finance Solutions.
