  • Mindspace, the leader of the European coworking market, brings high-end and all-inclusive working spaces to Bucharest, in its first space located in the new Central Business District
  • The company also announces its plans for the next location to be opened in April, in the Bucharest Tower Center building from Victoriei Square

Mindspace, the leader of the European coworking market, opens its first space in Romania. The coworking space, with a creative design, is located in the new Central Business District of Bucharest, at 8 Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard, in the Tower 1 building from Globalworth Campus, near the Pipera metro station and close to some of the most important companies operating in Romania. With an area of 4,446 sqm, distributed on two floors, Mindspace Business District can host more than 730 members – companies, start-ups, entrepreneurs and freelancers.

“We are glad that through the partnership with Globalworth we have the opportunity to bring our high-end working spaces, suitable for teams of all sizes, on the Romanian market, too, where we have identified favorable factors to the ‘office-as-a-service’ sector. The experience we are proposing to our members, either we are talking about dynamic companies or start-ups, is defined by flexibility, inspiration and high-level services that help them grow and innovate, while they benefit from working spaces that allow them to attract top employees. Thus, we bring a new type of coworking space on the market – a premium and really all-inclusive space”, stated Yotam Alroy, Mindspace co-founder and CEO.

With the official launch of its first coworking space in Romania, Mindspace announces its plans for the next location in Bucharest: Mindspace Victoriei. Located in one of the most known buildings in downtown Bucharest, Bucharest Tower Center, Mindspace Victoriei will be inaugurated on April 1 and will provide working spaces with a total area of 1,950 sqm, distributed on two floors, to more than 200 members. The company will also open the third coworking space in Bucharest, Mindspace City Offices.

Mindspace Business District members can choose from the 61 private offices that are available and enjoy all the benefits offered by the space: 24/7 access, fast Internet, IT support, print areas, meeting rooms and common spaces, fully equipped kitchens, weekly lunches or dinners specifically created for the Mindspace community. Also, there is a global subscription, meaning that any member can work from any Mindspace location in the world, without additional costs.

The company’s offer is unique on the Romanian market, providing an all-inclusive experience covered by the member fee which excludes other additional expenses and fees and quickly brings benefits to the members and companies. Having twice as many employees as other competitors, the Mindspace community managers choose and organize events that are specifically designed for the local community, for example TEDx conferences and LinkedIn workshops.

The arrangement of the Mindspace co-working spaces is distinguished by the vintage elements and natural materials carefully selected by the company’s design team, to make the members have the feeling that they work in their own living room. The décor was created in collaboration with local artists such as Loreta Issac and Razvan-Constantin Caratenase, who have been involved in arranging Mindspace Business District.

The Romanian Mindspace Members will be part of a global community of more than 14,000 members and around 300 companies, in 7 countries and 13 cities, on three continents. Some of the companies that chose Mindspace for their teams are Barclays, Samsung, Taboola, Yahoo, Expedia and Microsoft. 94% of the global members would recommend Mindspace to a friend.
