Renault launches an online sales platform

  • Renault digitalizes the purchase process for the cars in stock
  • Customers can examine the offers by using various search filters and book the desired car
  • The stock of cars that are subject to promotions in the E-Commerce Renault platform will be updated every month

A few days ago, Renault launched an online sales platform, a practical and quick solution providing customers with the possibility to manage online the whole purchase process of a car. Being available at https://vanzari.renault.ro, the platform includes the models that are available in stock, at promotional prices.

“Obviously, the new digital trends influence the automotive field, too, and the customers’ expectations are constantly changing. Digitalizing the sales process will allow us find out more about the customers’ needs and we will be able to develop customized offers, relying on an intuitive and quick purchase experience”, stated Daniel Filip, the Marketing manager of Renault Commercial Roumanie.

Customers can examine the offers that are available on the website by using several selection filters (model, price, color, fuel type, transmission, cylinder capacity), so they will be able to make the best choice for their needs. Subsequently, they can book the available car on the platform, by paying an EUR 500 fee (VAT included). The payment can be performed with a credit or debit card, through a secured payment processor. The booking fee becomes a down payment at the time of confirming the order. Since the time of the booking, customers have 15 days to complete their purchase in the chosen showroom.

Every month, customers will benefit from a new list of cars that are subject to promotions.
