PSD’s Dragnea at the rally in Craiova: Iohannis should answer for the stolen houses

Leader of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) Liviu Dragnea conveyed to the participants in Friday’s rally in Craiova that President Klaus Iohannis should answer “for the stolen houses” and accused the head of state of wanting to destroy the PSD.

“This is PSD, this is the party which Iohannis and his clique want to destroy. (…) This is where I grew up, on the Danube bank, just like you and I’ve been told everywhere: ‘Liviu, don’t give up!’ Someone told me here: ‘Even if they arrest you, don’t give up, because we’ll come and take you out of there.’ I hope it won’t get to that, although this is Iohannis’s day and night wish, because he is terrified of us,” Dragnea told the PSD supporters.

He mentioned that Iohannis should answer for the “stolen houses.”

“Him leaving to Germany? Perhaps he leaves to Miami or Costa Rica. Brothers, you foresee only beautiful destinations for him. Can’t he stay in the country and be held accountable, his fellows, too, for the abuses over the past years, for all the shattered destinies, broken lives, for all the blockages in this country, for the hatred he promoted? He shouldn’t leave to Miami, he must answer for the stolen houses and also the ones who cover him,” Dragnea also said.

The rally was attended by party’s candidates in the elections to the European Parliament, as well as by PSD’s Secretary General Codrin Stefanescu and Spokesperson Olguta Vasilescu.
