Zitec, the leader on the Romanian IT market, specialized in developing customized technological solutions, services and products, has developed pro bono the new website MagiCAMP.ro, for an increased accessibility, new functionalities and a higher security.

The main objectives of the new website were to develop a new online donation section, to simplify the administration interface  so that the members of the MagiCAMP team will be able to easily manage the content, to train the team on how to use this platform, as well as to adapt the content for the mobile devices. Also, the web page is now safer and quicker, being hosted in Google Cloud with the support of Zitec. The Zitec team dedicated to MagiCAMP consisted of a project manager, designers, programmers and quality assurance specialists.

“We are a team specialized in technology, which is highly motivated by civic and nonprofit initiatives of which our society has so much need. We are proud of being able to contribute in the MagiCAMP mission and we hope our efforts and expertise will help them on a long term”, stated Alexandru Lapusan, CEO of Zitec.

“The choice to collaborate with Zitec was a natural one, because the team of the IT producer is professional and has an authentic spirit of social involvement. We are very glad that by Zitec’s involvement, the MagiCAMP.ro website is now faster, more functional and simpler to use by our team”, stated Vlad Voiculescu, a founder member of MagiCAMP.

The project is one of Zitec’s initiatives developed pro bono, such as the website of the Culture Ministry, www.cultura.ro, as part of the efforts to support the long-term technologization of the public institutions.

As for the involvement into the community, Zitec has developed over the time a number of pro bono projects, including Fotogeografica.ro, Alpinet.org, Alegeri.tv, AlexGavan.ro, Florinsimion.com,  cei1024.ro or respectpentrumedici.ro
